Just wanted to share my thoughts on why I believe The Sun have already lost the defamation case.
1. They have to prove Johnny is a wife beater. They have to prove everything in their horrible article. Their defence is that the article is true. Well, good luck proving that.

The only evidence they had at the time when that article was written was- the original court documents by Heard, io, Rocky and the other irrelevant ones. Statements that can be easily disproved now. Mainly by the fact four police officers came to the penthouse.

The officers didn’t see any bruises, or even any sign of a crime at all. They’ve testified to this. So the Sun state in that article that Johnny threw a phone at amber and beat her. Already disproved. If that was true, her face would have been a mess. So the photos are out.

Same with the ones taken before the James Corden show. So easy to prove that those “bruises” do not match the injuries she stated she had. The sun also stated amber Heard was terrorised by Johnny their whole relationship. We have her on audio behaving somewhat differently.

The Sun have to prove Johnny Depp repeatedly beat Amber Heard. There’s no evidence of that. However, We have it on video and tape, plus medical evidence, that amber Heard repeatedly injured Johnny Depp. Good luck The Sun.

So, what The Sun actually had to use as evidence when Wootton wrote the article for clicks-
1. The statements - easily disproved.
2. The photographs - The Sun have to explain why the bruises move around her face or disappear. And many people who saw her with no bruises.

3. The kitchen video. Any decent lawyer for Johnny will argue this goes a long way to prove he isn’t a wife beater because HE DOESNT TOUCH HER. OR THROW ANYTHING AT HER. Any abusive person that upset would. She would have done.

4. Her friends statements:
Did any of them ever see Amber Heard being beaten by Johnny Depp? We already know the answer is no. Did any of them ever see her being physical violent toward Johnny Depp, (and Will no doubt be reminded they are under oath?) Hmm.

5. Whitney. Why has she never spoken up before? Will she say she saw Johnny hit her sister? Will she say Johnny threatened her? We’ve got another witness saying she witnessed Amber punch and throw things at Johnny. Someone is lying and will lie on the stand? Interesting.

That’s the only evidence I can think of at the time The Sun article was published.
