I love how Yoongi captures vulnerability in his music. It feels... Cathartic, like a confession. He& #39;s not shying away or sensationalising it, he& #39;s just saying, well, this is how I feel sometimes. That honesty is its own type of strength, & it validates how sometimes +
+ ppl do feel doubt, fear, regret, sadness, exhaustion, melancholy. But that doesn& #39;t define you, it doesn& #39;t make you weak, or mean that& #39;s all you feel. I really cherish the trust he has in us to share with us, to tell us I feel this way sometimes, but I& #39;m taking care of myself +
+ it makes his expressions of hope and courage more genuine & encouraging bc they& #39;re not empty promises anyone can make. To rise after you& #39;ve fallen down, that& #39;s the important part. To do that, you gotta accept that you fell and not let it hold you back, +
+ but that doesn& #39;t mean you can& #39;t feel upset that you fell. It makes sense, you& #39;re human after all. Tracks like Honsool & 28 & Set Me Free feel that way. A moment to accept that yeah. Sometimes, I feel this way. I& #39;ll get back up again & keep going, but rn, this is how I feel
I don& #39;t know I probably didn& #39;t manage to get across what I mean at all; just listening to D-2 and reading the lyrics, it makes you feel a bucketload of feels, and I just really appreciate how Yoongi owns his emotions & expresses them with so much poignancy in his words & music
