When I first started collecting TV shows my first "find" was almost every episode of DREAM TEAM. The fictional drama/soap featuring HARCHESTER UNITED who were based in the Midlands.

This thread is dedicated to my best XI featuring players from all 10 years. #Harchester
Goalkeepers

Goalkeepers are mad. FACT.

A hard call this one. The fun loving gambler who threw matches of the mentally unstable hyper jealous potential killer?

For pure ability I had to go for Viv Wright over Jamie Parker
Defenders (1)

Not really a "glamour" role so pretty easy to pick my 4

John Black - Only had a short time at #HUFC before being fatally shot at Wembley

Didier Baptiste - Was actually linked to #LFC despite not being real
Defenders (2)

Leon Richards - Just as he became a first team regular he took that ill fated plane ride to Ajax

Stuart Naysmith - A powerhouse on the pitch but a bit of a mess off it
Midfield (1)

Now this is where it gets tricky. Trying to fit 8 or 9 into just 4 positions. But I've gone for:-

Danny Rawsthorne - Arguably the greatest player to play for The Dragons. His career cruelly cut short in the coach crash.
Midfield (2)

Marcel Sabatier - A cultured French international. A quality player right up to his untimely death

Ryan Naysmith - Another who seemed to score more off the pitch than on

Clyde Connolly - A troubled winger bullied to his death
Strikers

Now for the most contentious part. So many great players missed out here but I ended up with:-

Scott Lucas - A bit of a prat but what a player

Karl Fletcher - Couldn't have been anyone else. Could it?
So the final team looks like this:-

GK - Viv Wright
DF - John Black
DF - Didier Baptiste
DF - Leon Richards
DF - Stuart Naysmith
MF - Danny Rawsthorne
MF - Marcel Sabatier
MF - Ryan Naysmith
AT - Scott Lucas
AT - Karl Fletcher
