I honestly wish artists (not just visual, but all kinds) putting down their own work wasn& #39;t so normalised. BE PROUD. PRAISE YOURSELF. YOU MADE DELICIOUS FOOD. Even if you think it& #39;s a little burned around the edges it still tastes fantastic!!!
Besides, those are not burned edges, they are subtle roasted aromas rounding out the flavours and undercutting the sweetness with that hint of sharpness. OWN IT.
