step one: click the instagram APP

step two: click this box with the plus sign

step three: pick a photo and make sure it has your face in it, and then click NEXT on the top right corner

step four: after picking your filters (if needed), click next again in the top right corner

step five: right a caption (optional) and then click SHARE
