(1/3) @Grexterliving seems to have lost all ethics during Corona. They are trying to stranghold even students in spite of us having vacated the room, charging full rent - in some cases double the rent, and not releasing the security deposit after the contractual time.

(2/3) The @Grexterliving management says they need our money to survive and refund will be done "whenever situation normalizes and people can come join us". Morality has gone for a toss when they are charging us even for the notice period, while room's already vacated.
