Hello @GloWorld @GloCare @NgComCommission @ConsumersNCC @FMoCDENigeria, I have been outrageously robbed by @GloWorld through my Glo line. Between May 8 and May 23, I have done three data subscriptions of ₦2,500 each, and one data subscription of ₦3,000 (total of ₦10,500)....
which should entitle me to at least 33GB. I became alarmed when I received an sms that the last ₦3,000 data subscription I did on Monday 18th May expired today 23rd May. I quickly checked, & found that the data usage through my phone between 8th - 23rd May was only 8.47GB! ....
@GloWorld @GloCare please urgently look into this blatant robbery you have inflicted on me. Here are the screenshots of all the details of these subscriptions...
The Glo number I did the subscriptions on, is 0807 814 1291. Kindly do the needful, make your checks, and reimburse me appropriately @GloWorld @GloCare.
