I’ve woken up even angrier at the mess @BorisJohnson and his government are inflicting on the UK. I’ve been a Tory all my life. Came close to giving up over the shit show of Brexit but persevered in the name of democracy. But the hypocrisy, down right idiocy 1/3

and complacency exhibited by them in recent months has finished me off. My business is silent the only work being advice to major companies in how they can best outsource or reduce UK headcount. My husband, a pilot, will almost certainly be made redundant in the coming months 2/3

And this government is feckless perhaps even deceitful. I feel sorry for the PM - he was close to death but he is clearly still too unwell to lead and the rest of his government are beyond parody. Not sure what the point of this thread was other than to express my utter despair.
