So it's super weird but on my other account I can now see the QRT on a thread and see the the responses all together HOWEVER on the same thread I can't see it on this account

To give a good explanation, here is what it looks like checking this thread out on my main account here on the first picture while the second picture shows you what I see on my vent/lewd/whatever I want account. Both are on this phone but one account has the new feature.
