My joint pain subsided after cutting out sodium nitrate meat so I studied & became a nutritionist. 400 mil pigs caught swine flu, many were buried alive. So you can look at #health, animal cruelty or the #environmental impact of meat & you get the same answer every time. 1/6 people don’t like to face the reality that their food choices are so toxic. There are lots of PR companies like red flag that will create doubt & a fuzzy glow that you can live in while you put meat on your plate & but at some time or another one
