just a thought. they say Jesus is all you need, He’s what truly fills you up. Well what if I don’t feel “filled up”? Does that mean I have to read my bible more? Pray more? Focus more? ya, faith isn't based on feeling, but it sure does affect it. anyways, just a thought.
Like, what if you’re just tired of praying? tired of reading? tired of seeking? tired of standing still? what if you’re tired of hearing people trying to encourage you? what do you do? Im writing about this because I feel like these are the unmentioned things about Christianity.
what do you tell the Christian who’s struggling to have a conversation with Jesus? Is it the “individual” who’s doing something wrong? or is it the established “religion/faith/community ” that’s doing something wrong?
what is the difference between the fulfillment that comes from Jesus and fulfillment that comes from any other religion? is it really that better? How can we even know if we’ve never invested ourselves into other people’s religions/lives?
I’m sure someone who believes in Allah receives the same type of consolation that a Christian receives while praying. So how can we know something is TRUE?
Again I know faith shouldn’t be based off of feeling, BUT if we are offered “relationship with Christ” why does it sometimes seem incredibly hard to be in this relationship? Why is keeping communication with Jesus so hard to participate in if He offers it so freely?
Yes, some of you could say that “SIN” is the answer to my question because it’s more fun and intriguing. But if God knows we sin, and that it’s inevitable for us to avoid sin, then why do we still have to work so hard to avoid it in order to keep our relationship alive with Him?
anyways it’s just a thought. keep smiling good humans

I still love and believe in Jesus. I just ask myself these questions all the time haha. goodnight
