In the beginning, covid was heartbreaking for me. Still is but I& #39;m finding positives.
1. I get to be around my family. I moved out when I was 19. We& #39;ve all matured so much from then!
2. I& #39;m learning to ask for help when I need it. I& #39;m very independent so it& #39;s challenging but my fam & close friends got me

3. I& #39;m forced to face my mental health issues instead of avoiding them. I have to find ways to genuinely feel better vs. just coping
4. I gotta focus more on passive/side income. You never know when your job that you thought was stable, will be gone
5. I don& #39;t give myself enough credit! I was out of school for 5 years.. I came back and I& #39;m a straight A student, got an award, volunteered in & out of school, worked PT, pay all my own bills.. I do alot lol
6. I was putting too much energy & effort into a relationship that didn& #39;t serve me. I have way too much to offer to waste it on someone that doesn& #39;t appreciate it.
7. As much as I love being in control, I can& #39;t force things to happen. They just will. Believe in myself and the universe. What needs to happen, will when it needs to.
8. If someone& #39;s words and actions don& #39;t align, just step away. You& #39;ll just get caught up in a mess that isn& #39;t yours to solve.
9. I& #39;m very fortunate to have the parents that I do. My mom is letting me live with her during this quarantine! My dad will give me $ if I need. Not many ppl have that. I& #39;m very lucky
10. Focus on yourself! Stop seeking validation from other people. You ARE doing enough. Trust yourself more.
This thread was for myself to self reflect. If you resonate with it, just know you are not alone
