With no subpoena power, parties can't be forced to appear. And if they choose not to appear, their statements won't be considered. The most horrifying part of this thread is something Nicole gets at–– 2/
That a respondent that made a written confession could prevent that confession from being considered by just choosing not to show up for the hearing. 3/
