Today’s thing: Gratitude for the presence and graciousness of my coworkers.

I *know* what I know (or lately, knew) about libraries and am very open about what I don’t. Almost 3 years into a different type of work in a different state with different rules and practices, the ‘not know’ has always been...VAST, but...

Never too scary - because of our people. It’s not just that they are exceedingly patient, but because they so expert about their piece of the puzzle they can break their wisdom down 15 different ways to aid neophytes like me who just want to understand.

This thread brought to you by two conversations about digital collections in which I both folllowed the thread *and* thoughtfully contributed (with only one silly question.) I’m still learning and that gives me hope.
