hifumi yamada is widely hated around the danganronpa fandom and i really didn& #39;t know why. people said he was ugly and overall unpleasant due to his sexual nature, but i didn& #39;t really see him that way. if you& #39;ve watched his ftes, you& #39;ll know why. if you haven& #39;t, let me explain:
through his ftes, starting in the second one, he becomes more vulnerable, talking about more and more of his work, fetish-like fanfics about the character Princess Piggles in "Demon Angel☆Pretty Pudgy Princess". later in his ftes, it reveals he was usually an outcast at-

i also see people hate on him for calling chihiro a "trap", but in looking through various things (e.i. just the trial in question), he seemed to be quite supportive before he realized what he was actually saying. i& #39;d also like to add that everyone else-
-seemed to actually disrespect chihiro, not just him, at least from the standards of the fandom. toko/genoside jill also called chihiro a "cross-dresser", while hifumi did nothing of the sort.

im gonna add, starting to go into chapter 3, even though he was being fetish-y with alter ego, he also talked to it as a friend, which at the time, it was the only thing there he had to one, at least from what i remember.
