It can be found in a person
It can be found in games
It can be found in anime
It can be found in movies
It can be found in pets
It can be found in You
It can be found in the Bible
And most importantly, it can be found in God.
And this so-called happiness
It can be found in a person

And this so-called happiness
Can magically or in just a snap, be gone. Disappear. Vanish in thin air.
The possible reasons:
Someone important left you,
Losing streak and toxic team,
Protagonist died,
Your favorite character dying,
Your dog/rabbit/cat etc got into an accident,
Depression and anxiety swallowing you,
Having spiritual issues.

It may not be all of the reasons but those are the major ones so to speak.
But, you know, those possibilities that I enlisted are temporary as well. You'll be able to get through it in time. Just be patient. You'll experience happiness again may it be small or big. Enjoy little triumphs. Always remember that.
