The best advice I can give you on growing a following:

Care deeply and genuinely about the people who already follow you. Be humble and treat them with respect. And realise that these are real people investing their time in you and that is a GIFT, not a RIGHT.

It's ironic, but if you can learn to see people for who they are & let go of your desire for MORE, people will naturally flock with you. If you can't see past the numbers & don't respect the individuals, it doesn't encourage people to invest in you.

2. Be grateful

And on that note, to my followers: you give me so much power and so much joy. It boggles my mind that so many people go out of their way to raise me up. I wish I could sit with each and every one of you and learn your stories. I wouldn't be doing this without you.
