So short story on one of my Kpop phase.

I still vividly remember that in 2016 i thought Fire Truck era Jaehyun was the most attractive Kpop boy I've ever laid my eyes on. His face is about average handsome but what attracted me was his mannerism.

So then other songs came by and I'm not as attracted to him as I was back then, but I get more and more amazed by his ability to embrace and fully transform himself into any concept he was put in. The other members did fit any concept too, some more than the others,

but they exude two main atmospheres, cool or cute. From one cool/cute to another I don't see much difference. Jaehyun on the other hand, seem to be able to distinguish from one cool

to another (is he gonna fuck you or kill you or both we'll never know)

to another (stressed but make it stylish WTF! *shook*)

Do you know what I mean?

You know exactly what kind of concept he's going for. Yes, the outfit, hairstyle, and the settings are different from one to another and yes, the other members also did a fantastic job. But he is so into it, his body language changed too.

Also, I'm not gonna go and completely disregard his looks. That factor helped him a lot too.

A big contributor actually.

His face is something in between. Neither too manly and sexy nor too innocent and cute either (he has cute dimples and yes, I like him in a suit, leave me alone). That probably helped him to just dive into different concepts and fit in there.

I can't compare their cute concepts around because NCT U and 127, the one that he's in, don't have much of that. But here's one of them, where, guess what? HE FITS IN PERFECTLY TOO.

One of the female idols that I think have reached this kind of concept transformation as well is probably Lisa from Blackpink. What's amazing is, while Jaehyun still gets overshadowed from time to time on stage, Lisa actually has a pretty overwhelmingly great stage presence.

You dont see her gets overshadowed that often. The way she controls her expressions, her striking visual, her long limbs, and her impeccable dancing skills also gave her an upper hand against other idols, she seemed to have really constant energy and enjoyed herself on stage too-

just like Jaehyun.

Anyway, this thread is not meant to say that both of them are better than others, it's just a complete set of my amazement towards them and also to tell the story of how I used to have a disgusting crush on him.
