For World Goth Day I am sharing with you all...artwork of my fursona...from when I was a lil goth kid in high school. You've been warned. (Lol I had to find these using waybackmachine for vcl)

Starting with the very first images of her in order, this starts pretty much when I first got a scanner and did not know what photoshop was, lol- everything was edited with my scanner software's photo editor tools. The first image is MS Paint, 2002

Luve was a combination of my earliest online persona Luna Ninetails (listen I INVENTED alolan ninetails when I was 12 ok!) and my CATS fandom character Vexzeklium- before furry around 14 I was active on Pokemon DrawBBS and CATS messageboards, and my love of that goth shit

I was SO proud of this image lol. Fuck anyone who gives you a hard time on this, furry art in high school got me to try different mediums, textures, moods, etc. Its ridiculous but omg it was so much fun. This was colored pencils with marker blended in and ballpoint

She kinda mellowed out in design throughout high school, still only did digital experiments in scanner photo editor, last ones are from 2004

The first ever furry artist I came across (in middle school, on the computer in the art classroom) was Huskie. Oh my god. I was so enamored. Lots of other influences are really apparent here too- I loved LeeLee, Lurid, Kaz, Roux, etc. Their work was so SO formative.

The last artwork I have of her was after I switched to brown paper primarily but before I knew how to ink, lol. Then Alex became my main character. I was def in college by this point and tripp pants were thankfully not a thing anymore

So that's about it. I drew her tirelessly while listening to Projekt samplers, goth metal, and 90s new age (and Cradle of Filth lbr) and was very fond of her. Now the character just cracks me up and totally represents such a specific period of time in furry for me.
