There is sooo much that hasn't been declassified for the public. So, very very few have access to that information.
Here's my point, Barr has to still be AG by the book. While investigations are taking place, he "doesn't know" - like everyone else until AFTER declass.

Same reason Barr didn't just DROP the Flynn case. They're hanging themselves. Barr knew Sullivan would attempt to block it. No bias. No agenda.

I hope that helps in understanding a little bit better. Barr could indictment, but why jeopardize the investigation (Durham) for one, and two, as far as we're concerned, everything in those classified documents, we have to "assume Barr is seeing them for the first time we are."
