@HarryandDavid 1/ Elderly parents 50th anniversary, self isolating to avoid COVID-19, we and their grandkids can’t visit because they are at risk, we ordered them the Backyard BBQ pack to try celebrate them from afar.
@HarryandDavid 2/ placed the order on May 1st and set delivery date to today May 22nd. Called twice this week to ensure they would receive it. Customer service reps said we were good to go everything was on schedule.
@HarryandDavid 3/ It didn’t show up, no call no show. Called customer service... back ordered till end of June. Yesterday verbally told us everything was on schedule. What a shame. You’ve lost a customer for life. They don’t have the means to celebrate their 50th without us
@HarryandDavid 4/ Message from Harry and David’s CEO on the website “We value the role we play in helping you express, connect and celebrate with the important people in your life.” Instead they make promises they can’t keep. Such a disappointment.
