The next tweet will be an antiphon, Scripture verse, something to help us prepare to pray. Then I’ll post some general intentions. Feel free to add your own. At the top of the hour I’ll begin posting the Rosary itself in this thread.

Take a few minutes to prepare to pray the Holy Rosary. Put away the news of the day. Speak to the Lord from your heart. Listen with the ear of your heart, too.

We pray for protection and healing all those affected by the Coronavirus. In this time of need may we draw closer to the Lord. May we unite our sufferings to His Redemptive Suffering. Even in our isolation & quarantine may we remain united to Him & so to each other.

(Intentions continued) Praying for all in the hardest hit areas, especially for those with no family, those afraid, those who have lost jobs, income, insurance, those who need help but do not ask. Those who’ve died, are dying, & will die from the Coronavirus (or other reasons).

It’s so easy for us to become overwhelmed, Lord, when we forget to trust in You. Help us, Lord, to have faith in You always in all things. Amen.
