Well, we were beating Colorado for a day, but the state fell one more spot on the per capita testing list. We are back to #50 of 51.

Note: Arizona has had widespread testing for 3 weeks now.

Summary:
Max: 120.33
Min: 23.46
Mean: 43.65

AZ: 25.34
There are better ways to show this. Will be working on this over the weekend.
The reason I want to show this other ways is, out of fairness, there is no indication of a shortage of PCR tests. The state is doing testing in high risk areas, but there is no mandate of the general population to test. This number only rises if gen pop goes to get tested.
