i literally grow up in a white town being one of only 2 black students in a school of five thousands for a WHILE and the amount i hated myself was unreal and sickening to think about now, im not excusing doja im just saying

I used to let people call the n word and say the most heinous shit to me because it better to be laughing with them than be laughing at me (super lame but i was like 12), I had no connection black culture or black people bc of my family coming from zimbabwe to UK alone
