90% of people unknowingly have morning habits that are detrimental to their mindset & productivity. This affects also your trading.

Your morning routine is more important to your mindset than you think. It sets the tone for the rest of the day.
If you start with stress hormones, then it is likely that you will feel stressed during the day.

The dominant brainwave in the first 30 min is theta, meaning our subconscious mind is extra suggestible. What you feed your mind in those 30 min has a HUGE impact on your day.
What to do:
Read, meditate , exercise, visualization (extra powerful when in theta state), sit in silence.

What you need to avoid:
Social media, checking charts, checking emails, checking your portfolio, checking news
Build up strong mental capital, and the rest will follow soon.
