a lot of people, even those who are more socially conscious than most, toss around these terms in place of insults
i see it the most with cluster B PD& #39;s and schizo-spec conditions in particular
even coming from people who are supportive or mentally ill themselves!

it& #39;s a dumb way that society has incorporated the stigma that surrounds those disorders into language, and something that many of us have to consciously unlearn. if you& #39;re only just now realizing it, that& #39;s okay! having the compassion to actually change, now that& #39;s what matters
