a lot of people, even those who are more socially conscious than most, toss around these terms in place of insults
i see it the most with cluster B PD's and schizo-spec conditions in particular

it's a dumb way that society has incorporated the stigma that surrounds those disorders into language, and something that many of us have to consciously unlearn. if you're only just now realizing it, that's okay! having the compassion to actually change, now that's what matters
