Some guidelines to follow to ensure you have a great weekend:

Hope everyone has a productive (but also relaxing!) Weekend!
1). DAILY GOALS

-Make a list of tasks you want to accomplish for the next day
-Execute in the morning (exercise, meditation, reading, up early, etc. )
-Attack early on in the day. Finish your list before 4pm and relax rest of day.
2) LIMIT SOME THINGS

A few things to try and stay away from this weekend:
-Excess alcohol /drug use
-Toxic people
-Limit cell phone/computer usage (obviously necessary but make sure to get outside and "disconnect"
3). ACTION ACTION ACTION

If you have been telling yourself that you are going to do something when you have some free time,

Now is the time.

If you have been meaning to read a book, go through a course, learn a new skill,

This weekend is a great opportunity to start.
4). WORK HARD then RELAX

-Treat yourself later in the day.
-Grind in the AM/afternoon and relax at night
-This is basic psychology, make yourself "earn" the reward.
5). BE SAFE / SET THE FOUNDATION

-Use this weekend as an opportunity to set the foundation for the future
-Start cutting off toxic people
-Use this weekend to "set the tone" for your life moving forward.
