Please don’t be an idiot. This is just a campaign tactic. You can’t have a “new” HBCU. HBCUs are defined by the US Department of Education as institutions founded BEFORE the civil rights act of 1964. It is IMPOSSIBLE to create a new one.

ALSO don’t let this man be in charge of your education! Trump University didn’t even last a decade. How do you think this would pan out? THE EXACT SAME. Don’t let your tax dollars go to waste on a get rich quick scheme.

To the politicians who even thought this was a good idea to recommend to him, DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE MAKING SUCH A SUGGESTION! HBCUs are a HUGE part of African American culture in this nation. He has no business trying to invoke its name and harbor it’s image.

If he wanted to truly do something dealing with HBCUS, go fund Morris Brown and help keep its doors open. Help build the infrastructure of these schools, preserve the monuments and historical landmarks at these institutions. TAKE CARE OF THE SCHOOLS ALREADY PRESENT!!!

This whole situation is a mockery of what Historically Black Colleges & Universities stand for. There are 107 HBCUs that exist, ONLY 107 SCHOOLS AND IT WILL STAY THAT WAY REGARDLESS OF WHAT DONALD TRUMP OR ANY IDIOT HAS TO SAY! THIS IS NOT A GOOD IDEA AND IT NEVER WILL BE!
