The good news: You& #39;re not alone, because the regression phase is unavoidable in crises.
But: It can be most dangerous phase for teams, as has been demonstrated w combat soldiers during "down" times.
So: Accept & diagnose where you & your team are in cycle. 2/

Move to the rebuilding phase by doing things like:
- Creating a new "Day One" and give people new roles
- Keeping tabs on team members& #39; emotions/arousal levels (on 10-pt scale, where is everyone? sweet spot is 6-8)
- Aim beyond business as usual 3/
