So: Accept & diagnose where you & your team are in cycle. 2/
Move to the rebuilding phase by doing things like:

- Creating a new "Day One" and give people new roles
- Keeping tabs on team members' emotions/arousal levels (on 10-pt scale, where is everyone? sweet spot is 6-8)
- Aim beyond business as usual 3/
