Constant texting or messaging in a way that makes them feel intimated/ scared.....

Cyber mob attacks hv been fueled as a group of people gather online to collectively attack, shame , humiliate , harrass, threaten and discredit a target. Which is more like a public punishment. Many people have been subject to this but we turned a blind eye yet it& #39;s a plague....
