I got tested on Wednesday and it was fast and easy, even thought I really only had a mild cough and a hint of a sore throat.

Gotta say, it's pretttttty cool when a doc in full PPE swabs your nose and hands you a piece of paper saying that you are legally required to self-isolate until you get your results, and he says the results should come back within 48 hours, and then you don't hear anything.

Fun fact! When you get tested they give you a PIN and a link to a MyChart website where you can check your results online. And when you ~very~ carefully input your info to register, after the third time the system says there's an error, you get locked out. https://twitter.com/distinctivename/status/1263916183146729472

When you get locked out of MyChart they give you a number to call. The number goes to a voicemail box that says they'll call you back within two business days.

I wish I was making this up.

I spent about an hour Wednesday trying to figure out if the Ontario public health order requiring me to stay in my home has a definition of "home" and whether the garbage chute in the hall is off limits. I couldn't find a clear answer.
