respective occupations outside of your home, your body will be more prone to stresses & strains bc it has become accustomed to improper postural alignments while you're doing your work at home.
the eventual neck/back pain isn't worth doing your stuff while in bed all day.

that being said, i literally do no school/work during quarantine & spend the idle parts (e.g. waiting for my bread to proof) of my day seated and on my phone with the electric fan blasting my whole being. if i don't, i'll be soaking.
