4/auto plant. I just wanted my personal belongings I paid for. They took things from my desk & left my debit card on my desk, searched all my bags & patted me down! They walked me out while I’m ugly crying. I realized I didn’t have my card & they wouldn’t let me on the property

6/letter stating I was ineligible. I appealed multiple times. Months between multiple denials. I gave up. I reapplied during Covid when all restrictions were taken off, still denied & told to rework. Anyways. They ruined my life. I made $60k+ at that job & was still paycheck
7/to paycheck. They didn’t give me accommodations I asked for, were reasonable, and I needed. So I filed with EEOC. My case sat without being able to get a interview (Detroit MI office never has any) and then was kicked out before I was able to get one! I filed a NEW case with
8/the EEOC & it was opened and I got an interview. Opened a case against the contract company (who accused me of stealing wages) & the major company I worked for (C*rysler)
I had contacted at least 1000 lawyers in 2019 & none would take the case given the employer being a intl

9/major Corp. so I’m alone no representation while both companies have lots of lawyers. Well the other day the contract company sent their position statement. It’s 66 pages of ripping me to shreds, lying saying they gave all the accommodations I asked for, that I stole wages, etc
10/I have to send a rebuttal by June 9th. I am 100% scared they will sue me for the “stolen” wages. I have to decide if I will drop the case out of the EEOC & lose any right to do anything further about this case again, or type up a rebuttal with evidence I have & risk being sued
