@Varada_M Please explain your logic of me being a " Pappu " if I get promoted on basis of guidelines set by UGC:
1. From the first year , I had a target of achieving 8 CGPA average at the end of my engineering. After 7 semesters my average is 8.008 CGPA.
2. If exam happens ,
A) I score 10 CGPA my average pointer is going to be 8.25.
B) I score 6 CGPA my average pointer is going to be 7.75.
3. A mere deflection on range 0.40 CGPA even after considering a difference of 4 CGPA IN final semester.
4. Statically and mathematically, after giving exams of 7 semesters , as per the guidelines of UGC for promotion,
the accuracy of the alloted score is going to be highest among all other semesters and also with least mean square error.
5. A student of first year has been promoted after only giving 1 seM.
Let us consider he had 7 CGPA in first sem n now if exams was ther he would have scored 8/6CGPA.
The average would have been 7.5/6.5 CGPA But now , he can only get between 6.75-7.25 CGPA. High error rate !
6. Final semester is more practical based and we have less subjects compared to other semester and also CGPA allotment is more the practical based projects.
For internal assessment , we already have submitted 60% of CGPA requirment which is more than enough.
7. Delaying exams will result in a drop of 1 year for us. So, when next year the penultimate batch of now will graduate, there will be already delayed batch of 2020 standing in queue.
8.The hysterical mindset of final exams being the ultimate testimony of qualification that too in field of graduation where every semester hold equal importance shows how much delusional are the people puting such opinions while holding important positions regarding education.
9. So, don't put forth ridiculous arguments just to do petty politics over the life of students like this. If you have something to say, respond to this.
