Arkansas, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming,
herein AR, IA, NE, ND, SD and WY.
Data for WY is not updated at the CDC, so we will exclude WY.

AR with MS, LA, OK & MO,
IA with MN, WI, MO & IL,

And then, because they have exactly the same population density,
I compare Arkansas with Oklahoma.

5/ Free states beat neighboring shutdown states by 3.7%
in #COVID19 survival, as seen in the table below.
This thread proves that #shutdowns correlated with
HIGHER death rate in shutdown states
