As a reminder, it is important to ask certain post-interview questions wherever you see fit depending on the conversation, role, type of interview, interview time length, etc.
I personally tend to ask around 6 questions: 2 about the role, 2 about the interviewer’s experience, and 2 about the interviewer’s thoughts on me (in terms of my application, resume, and shared responses) - if needed, I ask more.
What brought you to this particular company/organization and what has kept you here?
What do you think are the most rewarding or gratifying aspects of working in this position?
Based on my application and resume, what made you want to interview me and how do you see my skills and experience fitting with the needs of this company/organization?
How has your role helped you grow personally and professionally?
How did your company/organization respond to protect the health and safety of your employees during the COVID-19 pandemic? (Question from Kelsey Lyle on Facebook)
Given the shift in how society changed the narrative on work culture in response to COVID-19, does your company/organization provide options and opportunities for employees to work from home?
Looking at the other people who have been in this role, what are one or two things that set the very top performers apart from the good or average performers?
