Does every piece of art have to be revolutionary? Can't it just be enjoyable? Asking for a friend.

Will I ever get away with making something that's only for entertainment purposes?

Let's say if I were to make a piece about my and other people’s love for Haribo. Would any art venues or organisations commission that? I doubt it, haha.

But then again, not everyone could get away with making something that's for the sake of it. If I did make that Haribo piece, I would get critically murdered. Trust me. I get critically murdered for things with a deeper meaning and purpose. Don't mind me, just reflecting.
