After a month of inactivity, I got back to walking this evening.
It feels so good!!! I feel great!
Dear Lord, help me be consistent. In Jesus’ Name I pray, Amen.

Today, I took things UP notch, pun fully intended.
Morning hike to Ngong Hills with my sister @DaisyNamayi, followed by a light 2km walk for a warm down.
This (443m) is my highest elevation climb thus far.

I attained my fastest 6-10km walk this evening; with an average speed of 6.68km/hr
I was aiming to cover 10km but it got dark pretty fast so I had to shorten my jog.
Next feat: increase my elevation!

My day began at 7am with an 11.87km hike at Ngong Hills then I walked the rest of the 20+km
This was a weighted walk, mark you.
I pushed myself to the limit & I thank God for giving me the strength to attain my 30km target
Now, I need a full body massage! HELP!

Evening jog... I’m now at the 8km/hr mark!!!
Yaaaaaayyy!!

Couldn’t cover much ground because it got dark so quickly but... I’m happy with the pace!!
