So ik I said I’m gonna wait until I’m done with my finals, but 2/3 is sort of a green light, soooo here’s a quick english lesson for you confused people
The main thing I keep seeing is that people can’t differentiate grammar with vocabulary, punctuation and pronunciation. To make it simple:
Grammar: structure (general rules)
Vocabulary: definition and meaning
Grammar: structure (general rules)
Vocabulary: definition and meaning
Punctuation: symbols and capital letters (?!,.’)
Pronunciation: how you say it
I see a lot of people pointing out any and every english mistake as a grammatical error and that pisses me off so u bitches better learn smtg

To further elaborate, grammar is:
1. Tenses
2. Classification of word type (noun, adj, v) but not vocab. Its dif
3. Subject-verb agreement
4. Conjunctions (for, from, etc)
5. Order of adj. (OSASCOM)
6. At, in, on
7. If statements

I finally broke and did this u guys. Ya’ll better learn this before u go off on another poor soul. Another thing before I end this, you can point out someone’s mistake in using English, but please do so in a supportive manner.
I see a lot of people making fun of others for their “bad english” when we’re really all here learning the same goddamn language. U had the privilege of learning it earlier and faster than others. Don’t discourage them for learning smtg new. U wouldn’t want that to happen to u.
