I don't know if I'm just raw on emotion today, but if this Jazz team comes back and plays with the same unfocused, unemotional detachment that they were playing with in March, it'll just feel disrespectful to this fanbase.
Jazz fans have got to be thrown around with the ridicule of that Rudy Gobert mic touching press conference.

They have--like everyone else--had their lives thrown out of balance because of this pandemic.

They had to watch their two stars beef in public like children.
They watched this Jazz team that had so much hype play as well if not worse than last year's team that was incredibly well liked.

They've had to watch a near All-Star Mike Conley somehow not play up to the level of a Ricky Rubio.
They have had to endure "The Last Dance" that is their franchise's most painful moment as MJ gets his hero worship on.

They saw their prized free agent signing go down with a season ending injury.
They watched the man who was responsible for finding their star talent leave to the Knicks.

Now today, they lost their COACH.
If they don't come out of the gate like a team of Original Bulls, I don't know if this fanbase will be able to take it.
