Folks keep saying there's a generational divide among Black people in this election, but older Black voters haven't been enthusiastic about their choices either. They're just more committed to voting D regardless of who the nominee is. 1/

Add to that all the logistical barriers folks are now facing trying to vote in the midst of the pandemic and y'all better get your priorities straight and focus on tending to your base of voters beyond bare minimum pandering b/c folks are at their limit. 2/

Ignore our warnings again this go round at your peril. But you can't keep telling folks to vote without making any demands of the white candidate or expecting anything to change while he focuses on white swing voters & then be surprised when you lose by a handful of votes. 3/3

And don’t you dare try to blame Black voters for the outcome either when y’all don’t ever want to listen to Black voters or organizers on the ground.

Y’all want folks to participate in photo ops for you but won’t apply what we say to your actions b/c you don’t respect us or our communities. Stay over there with that.
