I joked about this once so here it is...

Lizzo as microbiology stains!

Let's start with the common gram stains.
Crystal Violet is often used to determine gram positive cells which have a thick peptidoglycan layer

Safranin is a pink secondary stain used in gram staining to visualize gram negative cells. They do have peptidoglycan, but much smaller than gram positive cells. 2/9
Malachite Green is used in endospore staining. Endospores form when cells are in stress (such as from heat) to help provide protection. 3/9
DAPI is a stain which attaches itself to double stranded DNA. It is generally used to help visualize all bacteria present, while a second color is used to stain specific organisms. 4/9
Propidium iodide staining is used as a live/dead cell staining. The dye can’t pass through cell membranes and binds to DNA, which should only be possible if the cell walls are broken indicating the cell is dying (may Lizzo never die). 5/8
Acridide orange staining changes colors whether bound to DNA or RNA. The orange is from the RNA which helps determine cell growth and activity 6/9
Negative staining actually stains inda ink around microbes and doesn’t stay on microbes themselves. This lets us see the capsules or secreted material around microbes. 7/9
Flagella Staining. Flagella are the little wiggles giving microbes mobility. This staining uses a mordant like tannic acid or an alcohol to make the flagella thicker before a basic fuchsin is used to colorize the flagella. 8/9
