Dear Restaurants:

First, I& #39;m sorry.

Second, as someone who is being *extremely* cautious, here is what I am looking for as I consider where I might eventually order from:
I want to be able to order and pay ahead of time, via web or phone. (I& #39;ll need a menu for this)

I want to know that when I pick the food up, it will be done with as little contact as possible, and I want that process explained.
I can live with outdoor seating near a takeout window if I don& #39;t have to walk *through* the seating area to get food.

I& #39;m not really comfortable with your staff having to wait on outdoor tables. (I understand why you& #39;d need to do this, I& #39;m not blaming)
I& #39;m not going inside your building. I understand why you might need or want that setup, it just doesn& #39;t work for me.

I want tables in doorways or vestibules. I want things handed out windows. I want to put a sign in my window and pop my trunk.
I really prefer you explaining the process, as much as possible, both visually and in text.

I won& #39;t order if I think your process is unclear.

I want to see pictures of your staff in masks.
I don& #39;t expect every restaurant to do this, there are plenty that face SIGNIFICANT barriers to do some of these things, barriers that hurt some kinds of places more than others. I& #39;m sorry. This is really awful.
But some restaurants are doing this stuff already, but just not keeping the info easy to find, and that& #39;s silly and frustrating!!!
