Basically have two types of cases at the mo.
"So sorry to email, I know you must be busy & other people are so much worse off, but *insert serious/urgent issue*"
Or:
"I am outraged at the lack of action on *insert the opposite*, I'm telling the press you're lazy & useless"

To the first: please don't feel bad for needing help with food/finances/other basic needs right now. It is my job and I will do what I can.
Other people "having it worse" doesn't mean your issue isn't important, and keeping busy works for me

To the second: perspective is so important right now. Having said that, if you contact me upset you can't procure specific seasonal flowers/get a haircut/find trout or pesto in the shop (all real), I'll still do anything I can to assist. There's no need to be abusive about it.
