Basically have two types of cases at the mo.

"So sorry to email, I know you must be busy & other people are so much worse off, but *insert serious/urgent issue*"

Or:

"I am outraged at the lack of action on *insert the opposite*, I& #39;m telling the press you& #39;re lazy & useless"
To the first: please don& #39;t feel bad for needing help with food/finances/other basic needs right now. It is my job and I will do what I can.

Other people "having it worse" doesn& #39;t mean your issue isn& #39;t important, and keeping busy works for me https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="👍" title="Thumbs up" aria-label="Emoji: Thumbs up">
To the second: perspective is so important right now. Having said that, if you contact me upset you can& #39;t procure specific seasonal flowers/get a haircut/find trout or pesto in the shop (all real), I& #39;ll still do anything I can to assist. There& #39;s no need to be abusive about it.
