I’m constantly trying to tread the line because I LOVE my culture but sometimes it doesn’t necessarily lead us to be fully actualized, autonomous women.
Anyway my children of African immigrants, especially my sisters: if you feel this, I feel YOU. keep ur culture close to your heart but don’t let it stifle you ❤️ we gon get thru thissssss. We ain’t built to breaaaakkkkkkkk 😘
