I am now going to all tel you my opinion, which none of you asked for: a thread https://twitter.com/naahrun/status/1263247361633124354">https://twitter.com/naahrun/s...
My mom would buy is the one with that herby seasoning on it, and these opinions are all based off of that delicious substance
The mini breadstick: can be eaten in parts as it has little ridges that are perfect for little bites. Somewhat buttery. Not too bready of a flavor. When is has that zesty seasoning on it, it takes you to a whole new level.
The wheat Chex is bland and flavorless. But there is something about that crispyness of it that pulls you back in, begs you to eat more. It’s usually the last thing in the bag because it is so crumbly it breaks apart and gets stuck on your fingers while you try to eat others.
The square pretzel: perfect to bite off each corner, leaving the little cross in the middle to help us remember who truly made Chex mix. https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🙏🏼" title="Folded hands (medium light skin tone)" aria-label="Emoji: Folded hands (medium light skin tone)">
When eating a pretzel, it’s better to have water right there, as it very dry.
Square pretzels are usually less salty though.
Corn Chex: these always tend to have most of the seasoning on them, making them the queen of the Chex mix. Zesty and addictive, they leave you searching the bag, asking, hoping, praying for more herby zest.
The circle pretzel: much more dry and salty than the square, but perfect for putting on the tips of fingers. (I usually put them on the end of my tongue and let them get soft before chewing so I don’t end up choking on how dry they can be.)
The rye chip: the coveted goddess of the Chex mix bag. There never seems to be enough of them.
Just enough seasoning. Just enough salt. All braced in the perfectly crunchy brown bread peice.
