Hi again @jet2tweets it’s Day 31 today, of my promised refund within 14 days and a follow up call to check everything was ok. Neither have happened; also wondering as you’ve not replied to 4 days of requests via Twitter whether there is a better way to contact you; please reply

Hi @jet2tweets, it’s Day 35 now when your representative said I would receive a refund by Day 14. I’ve sent you what you asked for on the 5th day (Day 32) after I started this thread. Can you imagine how much stress this is causing ? You raised an expectation, you failed
