redoing this because of mistakes and my dumbass
some observations about a certain part in magic ring night, a thread
it's my first time doing something like this, please bear with me

03:15 アルカナの薔薇 probably refers to the white rose the fool is holding in a tarot card (1/12
the fool can refer to the man, being a fool for believing the mad hatter and white rabbit's trick, or simply being a fool for falling in love with a rich lady from another country which is way out of his league
(2/12)
アルカナ/arcana can also mean secrets or mysteries, hence rose of secrets/mysteries which can be the situation for the man since he didnt know about what is going to happen upon wearing the ring (3/12)
also the tw version of sinoalice translates アルカナ to 聖靈, which is like the chinese of spirit
so if we use this translation, it's the rose of the spirit, which means that the desires belong to the spirit in the ring
the man's love for olivia originally didnt belong to (4/12)
the spirit, but once it possessed the man, his desires of "wanting to be with olivia" are transferred to the spirit as well

the description of the 聖靈 in the game is "new possibilities are sealed off in the arcana/spirit"
so maybe finally possessing someone after being (5/12)
trapped for so long is one of the new possibilities and power of the spirit in the ring? (6/12)
back to the rose, when the man first wears the ring, a white rose is shown
white roses can mean a symbol of freedom from baser desires (according to wiki) - further proving that the desires belong to the spirit
wanting freedom, this is similar to the genie in the lamp (7/12)
03:10, the flower blooms by consuming my anger (which is sang like everything)
the white rose is then dyed blood red, which can symbolize anger, agression and death
im guessing it's anger from the spirit and the man's everything? since he's possessed after that and (8/12)
cannot control his actions and thoughts anymore, which leads to his "death"

near the end, the man says something like "even if love is lost, (please) trust me once more, i love you)
red roses are also commonly used to symbolize romantic love, so the red rose symbolizes (9/12)
his endless love and passion towards olivia (he used愛してる, i read it from somewhere that's it's really rare for people to actually say this, old couples might not even say this to each other, it's only for when you're really, really serious about this romantic love?) (10/12)
end of thread?
the setting is more arabian-like for this new song, which makes it refreshing, but some alice in wonderland elements are still mixed in (mad hatter and rabbit), making people go "ah it's royal scandal", which makes this song really stand out from the others (11/12)
i already love this song a lot,,,,, it's probably my fave after revolver now because it's super unique in my opinion and it adds so much to beast in the beauty,,, thank you royal scandal for providing another very high quality song (12/12)
