Let me further clarify; they were not hippies or folksy indie people. His dad was an investment banker and looked like a viking and his mom was a doctor, far from the usual people you would think of as clinging to beliefs of gnomes and garden spirits

Anyone who thinks im dissing it is dead wrong. I just think its bullshit iceland gets played out to be as a non religious country simply for the lack of a major religion. It went past just superstition with them and I think thats cool.
