Women point out these experiences of inequities they face in the work place.

It's not up to *them* to fix them.
It's up to us (those who present as male; patriarchy is a helluva drug and gives us implicit authority) to help deconstruct those norms.
Office order pizza?
More times than I count the ladies end up cleaning up after while all the dudes retreat back to the cubes.

Get your ass in there and pick up after yourself. Grab another couple of guys, tell the ladies you got it.
Do you interrupt women?
I didn't realize it until a friend pointed it out that guys are used to interrupting and jumping into the conversation. Once I started watching myself, I realized I did that too.

Check that impulse.
There's SO MANY of these implicit behaviors that are normalized because, well, sexism.

Learning to watch for them and deconstruct them is important.
